SURVEY REVEALS THOSE WHO DEMAND NUDE PHOTOS UNWILLING TO FIGHT FOR THEIR PRIVILEGES I
In a survey AMG conducted recently it was almost amusing to find that those photo collectors who are most desirous for nude photos are often the least willing to join organizations in our country which fight censorship, whereas collectors who are comparitively indifferent to nudes are active in such groups as ACLU, American Sun Bathing and Health Association and others which have a dynamic program to fight censorship.
The lazy collector who "demands" his privileges must realize others will not fight his battle for him. Those physique photographers who have attempted to offer full nudes have received crippling fines ($5000.00) and some have gone to prison. Their customers have also been harrassed, as federal law provides a severe penalty for knowingly purchasing nude photographs,
The opposition to nudes, or for that matter to all display of "flesh" is well organized. Such groups as the NODL through political and economic pressure (though they deny this) often force dealers to discontinue magazines and books they disapprove of. In Santa Monica California police have pressured distributors to discontinue all physique magazines. (This was largely brought about
HOW "SECURE" IS FREEDOM
Most Americans foolishly assume that freedom is free, that they have certain God-given inalienable rights which will never be denied them as long as America remains intact. But how wrong they are! While the average American would readily lay down his life to save his country from a foreign invader, for too many of our citizens would casually sacrifice the bitterly-fought-for freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, merely because some politician tells them that Communism or some other bugaboo can be more easily stopped by denying these freedoms "in certain cases." Interestingly enough it was learned that the reporter responsible for most of the strange articles was a member of this same group--opparently he hoped he could thus convince others of his "purity".
To join a group which fights censorship it is not necessary to use ones correct name (if he has a sensitive job situation). Such groups always need funds and it is possible to send an annonymous contribution. In areas where they function, they can always use additional clerical help. So poor or rich there is an opportunity for you to help.
One day the collector who cannot now bother himself to join anti censorship groups may wake up to find his only permissable literature to be a heavily expurgated Bible, his only display of the human body the latest Cecil B. DiMilleepic.

this dangerous trend is reversed some strong personality like a Huey Long or a Senator Mc Carthy, avoiding the former's errors may gain a dictator-like grip on this country--all in the name of good Americanism--while those who try to challenge him will find no basic freedoms allowing them to carry on their opposition. It will be "unAmerican" or "Communistic" to oppose the great man who knows what is best for all of us.

SOME IMPORTANT DO's and DONT's FOR SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT REDUCTION. While most bodybuilders are concerned with adding on more weight, our surveys have shown that a number of our readers have a problem of too much weight. While underweight may not be aesthetically beautiful it is rarely a cause of illness, but overweight besides being ugly is also a decided danger to health and as little as 25% overweight will appreciably lessen one's life span. Simply eating less than you are now eating will cause a weight loss, but a dynamic program of low-calorie health food diet will bring much more satisfying results. The list below is only supplementary and the dieter should either study dieting and foods thoroughly on his own, or consult a doctor and follow his instructions faithfully.
Do EAT YOUR MEALS ON TIME whenever possible, and dont skip meals. Do EAT SLOWLY as possible.
Do EAT a maximum of roughage foods such as lettuce, cabbage, turnips, green vegetables, most fruits etc, but dont eat beyond minimum requirements of foods containing FATS and SUGARS.
Do READ BOOKS ON DIET--as many as you have the time for. Understand foods as thoroughly as possible. Dont follow fad diets which though effective often deprive the body of essential food elements. Do EXERCISE and play sports whenever you can find the time, but dont kid yourself into thinking exercise takes the place of diet. Do REWARD YOURSELF occassionally with forbidden foods in mea-
sured quantitities--possibly even a weekly "binge" meal, but dont break down a whole day or more--such excess food will stay with you. until used or stored (as fat)--and "Victory" day is postponed. Do weigh yourself at least once a day at the same time under same. conditions, but if you are following the rules, dont be disturbed if you find 3 or 4 days passing without a weight loss, it will even out. Do AVOID EMOTIONAL STRAIN during the diet period--avoid coupling diet with other personal disciplining such as giving up smoking. Dont eat something everytime you are disappointed in your work, lack. of accomplishments, love, sex conquests etc.
Do chew SUGARLESS GUM when nervous.
